Top Ten Holiday Quickies
It’s already December 21th and I still need to wrap up my holiday shopping. This year I swore it would be different, but there are always those last minute, “Oh no! I forgot (fill in the blank).” This year we are going to help you with our Top Ten Holiday Quickies. So relax, The Football 101 Women have you covered:
- You can’t go wrong with Walgreens. They have NFL footballs, granted you can’t stuff that into a stocking, but wrap it up for hours of fun.
- GQ Magazine. Here’s the catch, all you need to do is fill out the subscription card and your man will have all the tools needed to smell good and look right in 2010.
- Pajama pants. Always a hit. And it keeps your man at home, warm and cuddly.
- A coupon book that promises you will watch the playoffs with him. Feel free to add in other non-sports related naughty bits.
- Target. I was there yesterday buying silly gifts for my in-laws including Chicago Bears slippers and holiday socks with tassels. A must have, right?
- Take him to see The Blind Side. It’s a feel-good movie for boys and girls. There is football and tears, all wrapped into 2 hours.
- Ok, we are a little late on this one, but Pottery Barn had fabulous glass mugs that you can engrave your fav NFL team’s logo and your name on. These are good year ’round!
- Naughty and Nice underwear. Sorry, I had to throw this in because I bought a pair for my hubby who has been both naughty and nice this year:)
- We found this awesome site called InfoJocks, for the men who love stats, and the women who are willing to hang them on their walls. You won’t regret these fantastic pieces of art by an extraordinarily skilled graphic designer with the patience of a saint.
- And finally, the easiest of them all! Introduce your friends and family to Football 101 Women, learn to love the game of football as much as we do! It’s our gift to you.
